Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Important: We do not offer price matching or price adjustments.


Holiday Return Policy

All purchases made November 1st and on are eligible for return until January 31st.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include the original Frost Bag from your shipment

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

Additional Rules:

  • Do not use the Frost Bag as outer packaging for your return

  • Returns shipped with the Frost Bag used as a mailer or shipping container will be rejected

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us through the chat box on our homepage

  2. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions

  3. Packages sent back without approval will not be accepted


Event & Tournament Purchases

  • Event purchases are eligible for return, but return shipping is your responsibility

  • Receipt is required for refunds

  • No refunds will be issued without proof of purchase


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives with damage, defect, or incorrect product, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Submit the request via the website chat box

  • Provide a photo of the issue

STRICT Policy: Defects reported after 24 hours will not be approved


Warranty & Damage Exceptions

  • Damage caused by washing, wearing, or user error is not covered under warranty

  • This includes: rips, snags, drawstring issues, and similar damage


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Socks

  • Mystery boxes

  • Sale items

  • Custom orders

  • Team store purchases


Exchanges

  • Approved exchange items will ship after your original return is received at our warehouse


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Processing time may vary based on your bank or card provider
