Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. Purchases made during the holiday season (November 1st onwards) benefit from an extended return window through January 31st. To qualify, all items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase and the original Frost Bag from your shipment. Please note that we do not offer price matching or price adjustments.

When packaging your return, do not use the original Frost Bag as outer packaging or a shipping mailer; returns shipped using the Frost Bag as a shipping container will be rejected. The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable: socks, sale items, team orders, and team store purchases.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through the chat box on our homepage. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Packages sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us via the website chat box within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the issue. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be approved. Please note that warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by wearing, washing, or user error, including rips, snags, or drawstring issues.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of your approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method, minus non-refundable shipping fees; processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If you requested an exchange, your replacement items will be packed and shipped promptly as soon as your original return arrives at our warehouse.
