Shipping policy

Standard & International Shipping Shipping rates for standard U.S. and international orders are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on your destination and selected service, free shipping is automatically applied to most U.S. orders over $125. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing. Team orders set up in a team store format (where players order their items on their own) are ineligible for free shipping.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM MST, excluding holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location and seasonal volume.

Team Store Orders Because team store and custom-made items are produced on demand, they do not ship immediately upon order placement. These items will ship approximately 3 to 4 weeks after your specific team store officially closes, as noted on your team store page.

Tracking & Delivery Policy As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Packages are delivered without requiring a signature and will be left at your delivery address if no one is home. Goose It Lacrosse LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
