We recommend the following:
Wash: Cold water, inside out, with like colors.

Dry: Air dry (hang or lay flat). Do not tumble dry.

Avoid: Bleach and fabric softeners, as these can break down the technical fibers of the garment.

Following these steps ensures your product maintains its shape and quality for the long haul.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return/exchange: Message us via the Chat Icon with your Order Number and the specific item/size you need. Once we inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on socks, sale items, or Team Store/Custom orders. No exceptions.

Pre-Orders: Gentry & Iron pre-orders are currently in production and will not ship until early December. Please monitor your email for specifc shipping updates as your order progresses.

Standard Orders: Orders placed before 3 PM MST Monday–Friday are packed the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends ship the following business day.

Team Store Orders: These items are custom-made and do not ship immediately. Fulfillment begins after the Team Store closing date. Please refer to the specific timeline and instructions located at the top of your Team Store’s landing page for your estimated ship date.

We now ship to 160+ countries worldwide.

No Surprise Fees: We ship all international orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are calculated and paid at checkout, you won't pay any additional fees when your package arrives.
